Running Long Distance Training
Group as a community service
to the Ray Tanner Foundation.
About the Strictly Running Wednesday Long
Distance Training Group.  
With over 310 members we are the largest running
group in SC.  Since 2005 free group runs have been
offered for runners of all abilities weekly at Riverfront
Park in Columbia, SC.  

2008 Community Service projects for 2008 were;
  1. Strictly Running Storefront.
  2. New Water Fountain at Riverfront park for
    visitors and their pets.
  3. The Ray Tanner Foundation Home Run.
